Charlestown Substance Abuse Coalition (CSAC) Quarterly Community Meeting with Special Guest Speaker Dr. Nancy Norman Interim Executive Director for the Boston Public Health Commission.

Presentation will include latest statistics for Boston and Charlestown from "SUBSTANCE ABUSE IN BOSTON" BPHC Report released March 2007.
